How is the program
administered?
Perry County
Crime Stoppers is administered by a civilian board of
directors who volunteer their time and energy with sole control
over the organization. The Board, with advice from all
involved law enforcement agencies will determine the amount of the
rewards and which informant(s) merits reward money.

What type of organization
are we?
Perry County
Crime Stoppers is a 501c 3 organization. It was founded in 2003 through the efforts of the Pennsylvania State
Police and local citizens of the county. The bylaws for the
organization were adopted in January 2004.
Contributions are solicited from service organizations, social
clubs, business men & women, corporations, citizens, and fund
raising events. Contributions are tax-exempt.
